GETTING STARTED
1. Service Scoping
The first step is to understand what you really need us to support you in – everything from new business development to candidate sourcing and invoice management (What are the bottlenecks? What are the opportunities?).
Our COO will map all of your business requirements into a bespoke onboarding plan for you and your business. Your Account Manager will be assigned. They will be responsible for ensuring your set-up is delivered to plan and ongoing, that the high quality service standards we set are achieved.
2. System and Process Set-up
We’ll take the onboarding plan and turn this into reality by setting up all of the infrastructure (technology + process + resource) required to support your needs.
This phase of set-up will include training for you and knowledge transfer from you on your business and the sector that you recruit within.
3. Go Live!
Once all the set-up and training are complete, you and the team are ready to get recruiting! Whether this be launching straight in to sourcing for jobs or delivering discreet business development projects, your business aligned team will be action-ready. You will also be introduced to and have the chance to partner with other business owners within the era15 network.

4. Steady State
We work within a well-defined service framework where we have both qualitative and quantitative measures in place to support what we do and how we do it. These will be regularly shared with you by your Account Manager within our strategic review cycle.
